Wayne Enright

Wayne Enright

Specialist in Team, Leadership and Strategy Development, Stress & Change Management, and Lifestyle Coaching.

After completing an Education Degree in the early 80’s, Wayne spent five years developing and managing a large health and fitness facility including a country health retreat for executives.

In 1988 he undertook Graduate studies in Health Counselling and Group Work while working as a consultant with Corporate Health Group.

During his 10 years with Corporate Health Group, Wayne's roles included lifestyle counselling, executive health testing and the delivery of health promotion and performance enhancement programs.

Throughout the 90’s Wayne worked with numerous organisations to assist them in improving the self-management skills and teamwork of their staff. During this time Wayne continued further studies in accelerated learning methodologies such as Learning to Learn, Skills for Training Mastery, Investment in Excellence, Beyond Words and Facilitation Mastery.

Wayne is also a certified workplace trainer / assessor and facilitator of Adventure Based Experiential Learning Programs, with qualifications in Wilderness First Aid. Since 2003 Wayne has been taking groups across the Kokoda Track in PNG; completing his 10th journey in 2008.

Wayne has also recently completed writing two e-books: 'Living Balance - A Journey to Wellness' and 'The Living Balance Workbook'.

 

Gabbie Enright

Gabbie Enright

Gabbie specialises in Life Coaching and Counselling for Personal and Organisational Transformation.

She has 20 years experience as a teacher, counsellor and facilitator. She has worked with a variety of organisations including Fosters, SA Ambulance, Consumer Affairs, BAE Systems, Defence Dept and Telstra to assist managers, support staff and general staff to improve their quality of life and performance.

Gabbie has a Degree in Education, a Graduate Diploma in Educational Counselling and a Diploma in Psychosynthesis. She has also completed further study in Facilitation Mastery and Leadership Development. Gabbie is currently studying Naturopathy and recently took a group of 14 women to the Kokoda Track as part of a women's empowerment program.

Her areas of expertise include leadership coaching, team development, relationship counselling, assertive communication & conflict resolution, personal development and personality type workshops.

In 2008, Gabbie published her first book 'Living the Light - Discovering Truth & Living in Spirit.'

In the Year 2000 Wayne and Gabbie founded 'Healthy Teams', to fulfil their passion for providing memorable learning experiences that improve quality of life and performance.

 

Katrina Webb

Katrina Webb

Katrina is a Professional Speaker and member of the National Speakers Association.

Katrina Webb is recognised and acknowledged for her unique athleticism and outstanding success as a Paralympic athlete. She has won Gold, silver and bronze medals in athletics at the last three Paralympic Games.

Katrina was the first torch bearer to enter the Olympic stadium for the Opening Ceremony of the sydney 2000 Paralympic Games. In 2006 Katrina was selected to address the United nations in new york on behalf of the international Paralympic Committee.

Katrina is a consultant physiotherapist and Director of her own Professional Speaking business; speaking on success, health, leadership, goal setting and teambuilding.

 

Ed Denis

Ed Denis

As an athlete, Eddie Denis represented Australia in the sport of Water Polo for 8 years at the senior level. He competed at the Sydney 2000 Olympics and during his career was part of the best ever results for Australian men at major Water Polo competitions: Bronze at the 1993 World Cup and 4th at the1998 World Championships.

Since his retirement as an athlete, Eddie has been coaching at the South Australian Sports Institute.
Currently he is also the Goalkeeper Coach for all Australian National Water Polo teams and the Assistant Coach of the highly successful Australian Women’s Water Polo team.

As a coach Eddie is highly regarded for his innovation, scientific approach and team integration skills. He prides himself on his ability to promote high performance environments in which teams and individuals can reach their peak potential.

Eddie graduated with a Masters in Materials Engineering in 1996. Combining this with his love of team environments, Eddie specialises in delivering topics on Team Optimisation, Group Change Management, High Performance Environments and Achieving your Best.
