Our Leadership Development Programs combine experiential learning with one to one mentoring.

Leadership Foundations Program

Leadership Foundations is a 2 day program which focuses on establishing strong foundations for leaders whether they are new to leadership or experienced leaders.

We help participants to become aware of their strengths and areas for development and create opportunities for them to learn from each other; sharing strengths and developing areas for improvement; leading to a strong balance of foundational skills and attitudes that will increase their effectiveness as a leader.

Executive Edge

An exciting new program for business leaders/management teams who want to improve their physical, mental and emotional fitness while enhancing their leadership skills and the effectiveness of their leadership team.

The program will include the following:

  • Health Age Assessment
  • Life Balance Profile
  • Personality Profile
  • Seminar Series on topics such as leadership, teamwork, life balance, stress and change management, goal setting and self-management skills.
  • 8 or 12 week Health and Fitness Program
  • 3 Day Leadership Expedition

The Leadership Expedition requires participants to navigate to checkpoints over a 3 day journey where they will encounter unexpected obstacles, detours, problems to solve and decisions to make concerning the achievement of specific objectives and the maintenance of their expedition team. Physical readiness for the expedition is developed over the course of the program.

Leadership Mentoring / Coaching

The benefits of one to one coaching are well documented. Having a mentor who can provide feedback, guidance and a sounding board as one develops their leadership skills; is an essential ingredient to effective leadership.

Experienced leaders often attribute their success to regular mentoring. In fact the most influential leaders in the world need it more than anyone.

As an adjunct to our Leadership Programs we provide ongoing coaching for new leaders through to experienced executives.
