Living Balance Program

The Living Balance program is a holistic approach to changing the long term health habits of participants, resulting in more energy, reduced stress and a measurable lowering of Health Age.

The program includes pre & post health testing and life balance profile, a seminar series supported by personalised coaching and all resources including a course workbook.

Health Age Assessment

A convenient onsite health check is used to calculate ‘Health Age’ and to highlight areas for improvement. The onsite health check includes:

  • Body Measurements
  • Blood Pressure
  • Cholesterol (Total & HDL)
  • Aerobic Fitness
  • Strength & Flexibility
  • Lifestyle Habits Questionnaire (inc exercise, nutrition, stress & smoking)

All participants are re-assessed at the end of the course to measure improvement and discuss a maintenance plan.

Seminar Series

The seminar series covers all 8 areas of the life balance profile. These interactive education sessions provide participants with all the information they need to make changes to their lifestyle habits so that they can improve their results by the time they are re-assessed.

Health / Life Coaching

All participants are offered personal coaching sessions which are spread throughout the seminar series to provide each individual with the opportunity to apply what they've learnt to their personal situation. Each participant will be supported by a coach to set specific goals and a personal action plan for improving their life balance.
